At Relish, we believe burgers should be as unique as the people who enjoy them. That's why we let you call the shots — building your perfect burger from over forty fresh, natural ingredients while our team does the cooking. Since opening our first Gainesville spot in 2009, we've been serving certified Angus beef, house-made sauces, crisp veggies, and ice-cold craft beer — all with a friendly vibe that feels like home.

2002 · The Arrival
Rob Roche left Canada and came to America with a clear eye and a willingness to take risks. He got into the restaurant business not because it was safe — but because he saw something others weren't doing yet.
2009 · Eleven Days
Between a Pita Pit and a beer bar sat a smoothie shop Rob owned. He tore it apart and rebuilt it from scratch — with his own two hands — in eleven days. Relish was born. Not from a boardroom. From the floor up.
The Philosophy · Crafted With Respect
Rob studied the best in the business — what they got right, what they left on the table — and built something better. Certified Angus beef. Sauces and relishes made in-house. Vegetables picked yesterday from American gardens. Cold craft beer from the finest breweries in Florida and beyond. Every detail chosen with intention.
Today · Six Locations. Same Standard.
Relish has grown to six locations. Rob had help with the second and beyond — he'll admit that. But the standard he set on day one hasn't moved. Fast, fresh, built your way, crafted with respect. That's been true since 2009. It's still true today.
